Business Development Exec

At Hyped Marketing, we have been providing our unique marketing packages to a number of businesses across the south of the UK. We want to provide our stand-out offering to more and more businesses – and in order to do that we need to be spreading the word!

In addition to an advertising campaign to drive our growth, we have an opening for a Business Development Executive. It’s the BD’s job to create and dive straight into new business opportunities – making connections with key decision makers in businesses that are located within reach of our office, closing the agreements and introducing new clients to our skilled Account Management Team.

Account Manager

Description: We’re on the lookout for an Account Manager to join our growing team of enthusiastic marketeers in Farnham, Surrey. You will need to develop strong relationships with a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients in order to chair monthly report meetings and deliver quality marketing activity on time and in budget using previous knowledge of blog writing, social media management, PR, email marketing, SEO and PPC.

In this role, you will work closely with a team Account Managers, copywriters, artworkers and web developers, so we’re looking for a team player that is capable of pulling together comprehensive briefs for different departments and is self-motivated to get on with the task at hand as well as offer help where needed within the team.

In-house Copywriter

We’re a growing digital marketing agency based in central Farnham – with clients ranging from B2B technology companies to consumer brands. We have been providing our unique marketing packages to a number of businesses across the south of the UK; the methodology has been tried and tested and our clients are loving the results. Now it’s time to take things to the next level.

As such, we have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and proactive in-house Copywriter (no freelancers) to join our forward-thinking and rapidly expanding team.

Working closely with our Account Managers and Studio Team, your role would involve producing fresh and engaging copy in a variety of styles to suit our clients’ different tones of voice. This could be anything from regular monthly blog articles and social media posts to newsletters, PR pieces and website copy.

You will also need to have an eagle eye when it comes to grammar, punctuation and spelling – and be on hand to assist the team with proofreading and editing when needed.

The ideal candidate will also tick these boxes:

  • able to take on client or colleague feedback and adapt writing accordingly;
  • happy to liaise with clients directly when required;

Digital Designer

We’re a growing digital marketing agency based in central Farnham – with clients ranging from B2B technology companies to consumer brands. We have been providing our unique marketing packages to a number of businesses across the south of the UK; the methodology has been tried and tested and our clients are loving the results. Now it’s time to take things to the next level.

As such, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and hard-working in-house Digital Designer, who has experience with branding design such as logo and logotype development, to join our forward-thinking and rapidly expanding team.

Working closely with our Account Managers and the rest of the Studio Team, your role would involve communicating fresh ideas and concepts – translating them across a range of mediums such as websites, HTML emails, social channels and print collateral (e.g. brochures, flyers, event stand artwork).

You will also need to have an eagle eye when it comes to design details and spacing – and be on hand to assist the team with checking artwork when needed, as well as being meticulous with your own work.

If this sounds like you then you’ll need to tick these boxes:

  • strong skillset across InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & Acrobat;
  • experience editing WordPress websites;
  • basic HTML and CSS as a minimum;
  • basic understanding of SEO;
  • ability to take on client or colleague feedback and adapt ideas accordingly;
  • great to work with;
  • a team player.

Although not essential, the following would also be a great addition:

  • understanding of XD, After Effects & Premier Pro;
  • experience building WordPress websites;
  • animation experience;
  • experience using email campaign software (e.g. MailChimp, Dotmailer/dotdigital, Campain Monitor);
  • knowledge of JavaScript.
